A Prayer Book
For Receiving Prophetic Messages
And For Developing Prophetic Abilities
By
The Man Who Saw God Face To Face
Raphael Okechukwu Nweze
Say all or
some of the following prayers,
for you to receive
revelations from God:
18 To whom then will you liken God,
or
what likeness compare with him?
19 The idol! a
workman casts it,
and
a goldsmith overlays it with gold,
and
casts for it silver chains.
20 He who is impoverished chooses for an
offering
wood
that will not rot;
he seeks out a skilful craftsman
to
set up an image that will not move.
Isaiah 40: 18-20
21 Have you not known? Have you not heard?
Has
it not been told you from the beginning?
Have
you not understood from the foundations of the earth?
22 It is he who sits above the circle of the
earth,
and
its inhabitants are like grasshoppers;
who stretches out the heavens like a curtain,
and
spreads them like a tent to dwell in;
23 who brings princes to naught,
and
makes the rulers of the earth as nothing.
24 Scarcely are they planted, scarcely sown,
scarcely
has their stem taken root in the earth,
when he blows upon them, and they wither,
and
the tempest carries them off like stubble.
25 To whom then will you compare me,
that I should
be like him? says the Holy One.
26 Lift up your eyes on high and see:
who
created these?
He who brings out their host by number,
calling
them all by name;
by the greatness of his might,
and
because he is strong in power
not
one is missing.
Isaiah 40:21-26
27 Why do you say, O Jacob,
and
speak, O Israel,
“My way is hid from the lord,
and
my right is disregarded by my God”?
28 Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the
Creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint or grow weary,
his
understanding is unsearchable.
29 He gives power to the faint,
and
to him who has no might he increases strength.
30 Even youths shall faint and be weary,
and
young men shall fall exhausted;
31 but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength,
they
shall mount up with wings like eagles,
they shall run and not be weary,
they
shall walk and not faint.
Isaiah 40:27-31
8 But you, Israel, my servant,
Jacob,
whom I have chosen,
the
offspring of Abraham, my friend;
9 you whom I took from the ends of the earth,
and
called from its farthest corners,
saying to you, “You are my servant,
I
have chosen you and not cast you off”;
10 fear not, for I am with you,
be
not dismayed, for I am your God;
I will strengthen you, I will help you,
I
will uphold you with my victorious right hand.
Isaiah 41:8-10
11 Behold, all who are incensed against you
shall
be put to shame and confounded;
those who strive against you
shall
be as nothing and shall perish.
12 You shall seek those who contend with you,
but
you shall not find them;
those who war against you
shall
be as nothing at all.
13 For I, the Lord your God,
hold
your right hand;
it is I who say to you, “Fear not,
I
will help you.”
14 Fear not, you worm Jacob,
you
men of Israel!
I will help you, says the Lord;
your
Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.
15 Behold, I will make of you a threshing
sledge,
new,
sharp, and having teeth;
you shall thresh the mountains and crush them,
and
you shall make the hills like chaff;
16 you shall winnow them and the wind shall carry
them away,
and
the tempest shall scatter them.
And you shall rejoice in the Lord;
in
the Holy One of Israel you shall glory.
Isaiah 41:11-16
17 When the poor and needy seek water,
and
there is none,
and
their tongue is parched with thirst,
I the Lord will answer them,
I
the God of Israel will not forsake them.
18 I will open rivers on the bare heights,
and
fountains in the midst of the valleys;
I will make the wilderness a pool of water,
and
the dry land springs of water.
19 I will put in the wilderness the cedar,
the
acacia, the myrtle, and the olive;
I will set in the desert the cypress,
the
plane and the pine together;
20 that men may see and know,
may
consider and understand together,
that the hand of the Lord has done
this,
the
Holy One of Israel has created it.
Isaiah 41:17-20
5 Thus says God, the Lord,
who
created the heavens and stretched them out,
who
spread forth the earth and what comes from it,
who gives breath to the people upon it
and
spirit to those who walk in it:
6 “I am the Lord, I have
called you in righteousness,
I
have taken you by the hand and kept you;
I have given you as a covenant to the people,
a
light to the nations,
7 to open the eyes that are blind,
to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon,
from
the prison those who sit in darkness.
8 I am the Lord, that is my name;
my
glory I give to no other,
nor
my praise to graven images.
9 Behold, the former things have come to pass,
and
new things I now declare;
before they spring forth
I
tell you of them.”
Isaiah 42:5-9
1 But now thus says the Lord,
he who created you, O Jacob,
he
who formed you, O Israel:
“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I
have called you by name, you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters I will be
with you;
and
through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you;
when you walk through fire you shall not be burned,
and
the flame shall not consume you.
3 For I am the Lord your God,
the
Holy One of Israel, your Savior.
I give Egypt as your ransom,
Ethiopia
and Seba in exchange for you.
4 Because you are precious in my eyes,
and
honoured, and I love you,
I give men in return for you,
peoples
in exchange for your life.
5 Fear not, for I am with you;
I
will bring your offspring from the east,
and
from the west I will gather you;
6 I will say to the north, Give up,
and
to the south, Do not withhold;
bring my sons from afar
and
my daughters from the end of the earth,
7 every one who is called by my name,
whom
I created for my glory,
whom
I formed and made.”
Isaiah 43:1-7
10 “You are my witnesses,” says the Lord,
“and
my servant whom I have chosen,
that you may know and believe me
and
understand that I am He.
Before me no god was formed,
nor
shall there be any after me.
11 I, I am the Lord,
and
besides me there is no saviour.
12 I declared and saved and proclaimed,
when
there was no strange god among you;
and
you are my witnesses,” says the Lord.
13 “I am God, and also henceforth I am He;
there
is none who can deliver from my hand;
I
work and who can hinder it?”
Isaiah 43:10-13
14 Thus says the Lord,
your
Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:
“For your sake I will send to Babylon
and
break down all the bars,
and
the shouting of the Chaldeans will be turned to lamentations.[a]
15 I am the Lord, your Holy
One,
the
Creator of Israel, your King.”
16 Thus says the Lord,
who
makes a way in the sea,
a
path in the mighty waters,
17 who brings forth chariot and horse,
army
and warrior;
they lie down, they cannot rise,
they
are extinguished, quenched like a wick:
18 “Remember not the former things,
nor
consider the things of old.
19 Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now
it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
and
rivers in the desert.
20 The wild beasts will honor me,
the
jackals and the ostriches;
for I give water in the wilderness,
rivers
in the desert,
to give drink to my chosen people,
21 the people whom I formed for myself
that they might declare my praise.
Isaiah 43:14-21
1 “But now hear, O Jacob my servant,
Israel
whom I have chosen!
2 Thus says the Lord who made
you,
who
formed you from the womb and will help you:
Fear not, O Jacob my servant,
Jesh′urun whom I have chosen.
3 For I will pour water on the thirsty land,
and
streams on the dry ground;
I will pour my Spirit upon your descendants,
and
my blessing on your offspring.
4 They shall spring up like grass amid waters,
like
willows by flowing streams.
5 This one will say, ‘I am the Lord’s,’
another
will call himself by the name of Jacob,
and another will write on his hand, ‘The Lord’s,’
and
surname himself by the name of Israel.”
Isaiah 44:1-5
6 Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel
and
his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts:
“I am the first and I am the last;
besides
me there is no god.
7 Who is like me? Let him proclaim it,
let
him declare and set it forth before me.
Who has announced from of old the things to come?
Let
them tell us[c] what is yet to be.
8 Fear not, nor be
afraid;
have
I not told you from of old and declared it?
And
you are my witnesses!
Is there a God besides me?
There
is no Rock; I know not any.”
Isaiah 44:6-8
21 Remember these things, O Jacob,
and
Israel, for you are my servant;
I formed you, you are my servant;
O
Israel, you will not be forgotten by me.
22 I have swept away your transgressions like
a cloud,
and
your sins like mist;
return to me, for I have redeemed you.
23 Sing, O heavens, for the Lord has done it;
shout,
O depths of the earth;
break forth into singing, O mountains,
O
forest, and every tree in it!
For the Lord has redeemed Jacob,
and
will be glorified in Israel.
Isaiah 44:21-23
24 Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer,
who
formed you from the womb:
“I am the Lord, who made
all things,
who
stretched out the heavens alone,
who
spread out the earth—Who was with me?
25 who frustrates the omens of liars,
and
makes fools of diviners;
who turns wise men back,
and
makes their knowledge foolish;
26 who confirms the word of his servant,
and
performs the counsel of his messengers;
who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited,’
and
of the cities of Judah, ‘They shall be built,
and
I will raise up their ruins’;
27 who says to the deep, ‘Be dry,
I
will dry up your rivers’;
28 who says of Cyrus, ‘He is my shepherd,
and
he shall fulfill all my purpose’;
saying of Jerusalem. ‘She shall be built,’
and
of the temple, ‘Your foundation shall be laid.’”
Isaiah 44:24-28
1 Thus says the Lord to his anointed, to Cyrus,
whose
right hand I have grasped,
to subdue nations before him
and
ungird the loins of kings,
to open doors before him
that
gates may not be closed:
2 “I will go before you
and
level the mountains,
I will break in pieces the doors of bronze
and
cut asunder the bars of iron,
3 I will give you the treasures of darkness
and
the hoards in secret places,
that you may know that it is I, the Lord,
the
God of Israel, who call you by your name.
4 For the sake of my servant Jacob,
and
Israel my chosen,
I call you by your name,
I
surname you, though you do not know me.
5 I am the Lord, and there
is no other,
besides
me there is no God;
I
gird you, though you do not know me,
6 that men may know, from the rising of the
sun
and
from the west, that there is none besides me;
I
am the Lord, and there is no other.
7 I form light and create darkness,
I
make weal and create woe,
I
am the Lord, who do all these things.
8 “Shower, O heavens, from above,
and
let the skies rain down righteousness;
let the earth open, that salvation may sprout forth,
and
let it cause righteousness to spring up also;
I
the Lord have created it.
Isaiah 45:1-8
11 Thus says the Lord,
the
Holy One of Israel, and his Maker:
“Will you question me about my children,
or
command me concerning the work of my hands?
12 I made the earth,
and
created man upon it;
it was my hands that stretched out the heavens,
and
I commanded all their host.
13 I have aroused him in righteousness,
and
I will make straight all his ways;
he shall build my city
and
set my exiles free,
not for price or reward,”
says
the Lord of hosts.
Isaiah 45:11-13
18 For thus says the Lord,
who created the heavens
(he
is God!),
who formed the earth and made it
(he
established it;
he did not create it a chaos,
he
formed it to be inhabited!):
“I am the Lord, and there
is no other.
19 I did not speak in secret,
in
a land of darkness;
I did not say to the offspring of Jacob,
‘Seek
me in chaos.’
I the Lord speak
the truth,
I
declare what is right.
20 “Assemble yourselves and
come,
draw
near together,
you
survivors of the nations!
They have no knowledge
who
carry about their wooden idols,
and keep on praying to a god
that
cannot save.
21 Declare and present your case;
let
them take counsel together!
Who told this long ago?
Who
declared it of old?
Was it not I, the Lord?
And
there is no other god besides me,
a righteous God and a Savior;
there
is none besides me.
22 “Turn to me and be saved,
all
the ends of the earth!
For
I am God, and there is no other.
23 By myself I have sworn,
from
my mouth has gone forth in righteousness
a
word that shall not return:
‘To me every knee shall bow,
every
tongue shall swear.’
24 “Only in the Lord, it shall be said of me,
are
righteousness and strength;
to him shall come and be ashamed,
all
who were incensed against him.
25 In the Lord all the
offspring of Israel
shall
triumph and glory.”
Isaiah 45:18-25
5 “To whom will you liken me and make me equal,
and
compare me, that we may be alike?
6 Those who lavish gold from the purse,
and
weigh out silver in the scales,
hire a goldsmith, and he makes it into a god;
then
they fall down and worship!
7 They lift it upon their shoulders, they
carry it,
they
set it in its place, and its stands there;
it
cannot move from its place.
If one cries to it, it does not answer
or
save him from his trouble.
8 “Remember this and consider,
recall
it to mind, you transgressors,
9 remember the former things of old;
for I am God, and there is no other;
I
am God, and there is none like me,
10 declaring the end from the beginning
and
from ancient times things not yet done,
saying, ‘My counsel shall stand,
and
I will accomplish all my purpose,’
11 calling a bird of prey from the east,
the
man of my counsel from a far country.
I have spoken, and I will bring it to pass;
I
have purposed, and I will do it.
Isaiah 46:5-11
3 “The former things I declared of old,
they
went forth from my mouth and I made them known;
then
suddenly I did them and they came to pass.
Isaiah 48:3
6 “You have heard; now see all this;
and
will you not declare it?
From this time forth I make you hear new things,
hidden
things which you have not known.
Isaiah 48:6
17 Thus says the Lord,
your
Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
who
teaches you to profit,
who
leads you in the way you should go.
Isaiah 48:17
8 Thus says the Lord:
“In a time of favor I have answered you,
in
a day of salvation I have helped you;
I have kept you and given you
as
a covenant to the people,
to establish the land,
to
apportion the desolate heritages;
9 saying to the prisoners, ‘Come forth,’
to
those who are in darkness, ‘Appear.’
They shall feed along the ways,
on
all bare heights shall be their pasture;
10 they shall not hunger or thirst,
neither
scorching wind nor sun shall smite them,
for he who has pity on them will lead them,
and
by springs of water will guide them.
11 And I will make all my mountains a way,
and
my highways shall be raised up.
12 Lo, these shall come from afar,
and
lo, these from the north and from the west,
and
these from the land of Syene.”
13 Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O
earth;
break
forth, O mountains, into singing!
For the Lord has comforted his people,
and
will have compassion on his afflicted.
Isaiah 49:8-13
4 The Lord God has given me
the
tongue of those who are taught,
that I may know how to sustain with a word
him
that is weary.
Morning by morning he wakens,
he
wakens my ear
to
hear as those who are taught.
5 The Lord God has opened
my ear,
and
I was not rebellious,
I
turned not backward.
Isaiah 50:4,5
Praises
10 Sing to the Lord a new song,
his
praise from the end of the earth!
Let the sea roar[c] and all that fills it,
the
coastlands and their inhabitants.
11 Let the desert and its cities lift up their
voice,
the
villages that Kedar inhabits;
let the inhabitants of Sela sing for
joy,
let
them shout from the top of the mountains.
12 Let them give glory to the Lord,
and
declare his praise in the coastlands.
13 The Lord goes forth
like a mighty man,
like
a man of war he stirs up his fury;
he cries out, he shouts aloud,
he
shows himself mighty against his foes.
Isaiah 42:10-13
